To qualify for our exciting Fitbit giveaway, kindly note the following terms and conditions:
- New Customers Only: This offer is exclusively available for new customers (policy holder aged 18 and over) who are taking out a new private medical insurance policy with Howha PMI. Renewals of policies or policies that change provider are not eligible for the Fitbit giveaway.
- Direct Customers: You must directly approach Howha PMI for your policy. This means you are not referred or introduced to us by a third party.
- Minimum Policy Duration: You must maintain your policy with us for a minimum of 1 year to qualify for the free Fitbit. Should you cancel your policy before this duration, the cost of the Fitbit device will be payable to Howha PMI at the full purchase price.
- Device Options: There are 3 different device options. Which device you are offered will be, based on your policy’s monthly fee. When the policy is finalised you will be informed which device(s) are available
- Offer Duration: This offer is currently running from 01/09/2023 to 01/01/2024. Howha PMI reserves the right to extend, or cut short this offer without any given notice.
If you qualify for our Fitbit offer, your device will be dispatched within 28 days from you taking your policy.
