Our History: Excellect Insurance Services
Before starting Howha PMI, Charlie worked at Excellect for several years. Excellect, a well-respected insurance brokerage in Bristol, specialised in private medical insurance for individuals and employee benefits for businesses.
Charlie gained valuable experience in this time from starting in customer service to business development. Under the mentorship of MD Simon Kelly, Charlie ran the PMI division in just a few years, providing clients with tailored coverage solutions that met their specific needs.
With the expansion of the employee benefit side to the business for Excellect, Charlie saw an opportunity to take his expertise and passion for personalised service to the next level and arranged to head his own private medical insurance brokerage. That’s when Howha PMI was born. The relationship between Charlie/Howha PMI and Excellect is stronger than ever, providing valuable referral sources for each other’s clients.
